Xia long Bao (soup dumplings) were sooo freaking delicious !! Adding to one of my favorites when I’m here for work. Also staff is so sweet and helpful. My friend is gluten free and they told her what she could and couldn’t eat.

Service was excellent! We were seated right away. We ordered the Xiao Long Bao, very good, juicy. The skin/shell was thicker than what I expected. Wonton soup portion was huge. I recommend asking for extra bowls so you can share. Kani salad I thought was plain, too much mayo. But good. I would not order it again. Hamachi Kama was very tasty! Be prepared to wait for a little longer for it to be ready. We would come back and would recommend.

Dumplings were made from scratch, the dumpling skin had great QQ texture, and the flavors were really good and authentic. The owner mentioned that they make everything fresh and by hand every day it's clear they put a lot of consideration and care into making their food. Milwaukee needed a good, homestyle dumpling spot and this place reminded me a lot of home so I can't wait to come back. The owner and staff were so sweet and I hope this business does well! We got the xlb (soup dumplings), sheng jian bao (pan fried bao), pork potstickers, and pork and napa steamed dumplings -- the xlb and sheng jian bao were my favorite especially because they are so hard to make by hand so it's really impressive how well they're done here

I had the soup dumplings, BBQ pork buns, beef pot stickers and chicken and corn dumplings. They brought out a dumpling soup for 2 people that was really good that they said isn't on the menu so I don't know what it was called. Everything was great. I really liked the BBQ pork buns. A good amount of filling. Try the different condiments they have. The dumpling sauce and chili oil were nice additions.

My wife and I found The Dumpling House tonight in the middle of the thunderstorms. When it comes to Asian food, I’m quite adventurous, though my wife is a bit reserved. She immediately gravitated towards Seafood Udon, which was delicious — fresh mussels, scallops, very aromatic and flavorful. I ordered the Pork Soup Dumplings and the BBQ Bao. These were phenomenal! The broth in the soup dumpling was very tasty, good spice but not spicy. And the meat was tender as well. The Bao was perfectly fluffy and light with great BBQ inside. My wife tried both and would order either one again now knowing that the unknown is quite delicious. Miss Lin was extremely friendly, and helpful walking us through the menu. We will certainly return based on our experience with her alone. If you haven’t been here - you owe it to yourself. It was terrific.

The Takoyaki was delicious; it was my first time eating anything like it. I wish there were more of the sauce that goes with it so I could dunk the balls in it. The soup and tempura were terrific. When you enter the restaurant, the floor has this unique aquarium effect.

I’ve been here twice now and ordered different things each time. This time around, I got a few other things to try. I started with the marinated beef, which came with a side of hoisin, I believe. The waitress let me know of a special going on with a soup. I can’t remember the name, but it was delicious. I don’t see it on a menu, so I believe it was limited time. It was a tasty broth with some dumplings. Very good. I got a roll with crab, avocado, cream cheese, eel sauce, and shrimp tempura for sushi. It’s not on the online menu but on the physical one. Lastly, I got the stir-fried noodle with shrimp for my entree. I love thin rice noodles, so I had to try them here. Delicious! Staff is always kind and food comes out quick.

Was craving some dim sum while visiting. Wasn't expecting to find any but this was a pleasant surprise. Not a large dumpling menu by any means but they are really good and hit the spot. Definitely get the fries rice as well.
